Alloy 20 Forged Fittings
What is Alloy 20 Forged Fittings
Alloy 20 Forged Elbow (UNS N08020) is ideal for use in corrosive environments. Such 20 Forged Threaded Alloy Tee are also used in the manufacture of fuel, solvents, explosives, chemicals, medicines, foods, and synthetic materials and include copper and molybdenum. In our Alloy 20 Forged Threaded Cross, restricted carbon plus columbium stabilization allow welding manufactures to be used in corrosive conditions, usually without post-sud thermal therapy. Moreover, these Forged Threaded Cap Alloy 20 are also available to our customers in different sizes and shapes, and we sell them at the very best prices.
A 20 grade alloy known as the UNS N08020 standard is a stainless steel austenitic alloy comprising nickel-chromium-iron. It also includes other elements such as molybdenum and copper which contribute to pitting, harsh environments and corrosion of crevices. The alloy also has a columbium stabilization that at welding time decreases carbide precipitation. The alloy can also be easily made up to 930 deg f at a temperature.
